HR Administrator required at Country Court in Werrington, Peterborough. 6 Months Temporary Contract Hours: Full Time. 35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday - 0900-1700 Salary £20,821 to £23,000 per annum DOE Country Court Care is one of the fastest growing independent healthcare companies in the UK. We create extraordinary care homes, so we’re looking for extraordinary people to join our team We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our People Team on a fixed term contract, based in our Central Services in Werrington, Peterborough. You will be providing a welcoming and professional service to our customers throughout the Group and continuously improving our processes and quality of service. Some of your responsibilities as the HR Administrator will include: Produce all HR administration documentation from agreed templates for whole employee lifecycle including new starters, changes, leavers, annual leave, right to work, DBS etc Ensure the ‘candidate experience’ and journey reflects our values and what makes us a great place to work Support all reward & benefits processes (pay, maternity, annual leave etc) to ensure all documentation is produced accurately and data input into the required systems Action the transfer of data from the People team to Payroll accurately and timely meeting all deadlines Act as a people administration expert, and to be able to handle complex queries and customer issues Develop and maintain close working relationships with the home administrators and managers Be the source of expertise in relation to employee administration for all homes Deliver training, coaching and support to Home administrators as and when required including Home Administrator Inductions About You You will have proven experience as a HR Administrator, be proactive and effective communicator, professional, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have: Experience of high-volume administration and delivering to SLA’s Excellent attention to detail.
