We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer – Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive or Case Worker level – who shares our commitment to justice, inclusion and high-quality client care.
You’ll advise both employees and employers on a full range of employment issues, and handle complex discrimination and dismissal cases. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring and defend cases that help shape fairer workplaces.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who:
* Has at least three years’ experience of bringing and defending claims in Employment Tribunals
* Enjoys both the advisory and litigation sides of employment law
* Is a strong communicator and supportive team player
* Provides an exceptional standard of client service
* Is confident using IT and case management systems
* Can carry out their own advocacy to at least Case Management stage
* Ideally has experience representing clients at Judicial Mediations and Final Hearings (desirable, not essential)
