The Territory Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Corza Medical’s growth within non-acute markets, including ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), physician offices, dermatology, and outpatient clinics, across a defined geographic territory.
Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our Non-Acute customers and distributor partners. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of Quill®, SharpointPLUS®, Sharpoint® and other Corza brands.
Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory.
communicate insights to sales leadership.
Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (Salesforce.Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel.
Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time; Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields).
Interest in medical device or healthcare industry; previous internship or entry-level exposure is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to travel within territory and occasionally overnight.
