About the Role
We are looking for a commission-based recruiter who can start immediately to help us hire cold callers with British accents. This is a short-term assignment with a high-impact scope. You will be compensated on a per successful hire basis, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running without ramp-up time.
This is an ideal role for freelance recruiters, staffing agents, or headhunters with immediate availability and a strong track record of quickly filling sales or cold calling roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Rapidly source and screen candidates with fluent British English accents.
* Ensure all candidates are capable of handling outbound sales or lead generation calls.
* Arrange and manage interviews with our internal team.
* Track candidate progress and support through the early stages of onboarding.
* Maintain detailed records of submitted and placed candidates.

* Prior experience recruiting cold callers, telemarketers, or remote sales agents.
* Strong ability to assess spoken English, particularly British accents.
* Proven success working on fast-paced recruiting assignments.
* Existing candidate pool or sourcing tools to move quickly.
