We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have a proven track record in supervising teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Previous experience of residential construction sites essential.
The Ideal candidate will be situated within a reasonable travelling distance of our offices in Amlwch and have strong knowledge of construction contracts.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
* Manage and supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Maintain project schedules
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects to address any concerns or changes in project scope.
* Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates
Experience (essential)
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in project management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
