We’re looking for a true hunter—someone eager to identify and develop opportunities across emerging sectors, including the hotel & spa, garden design, and landscaping industries.
While experience in these areas is advantageous, we also welcome applications from candidates with a strong sales background from other premium industries who can bring a fresh perspective and commercial drive to the role.
The Role:
You will join the UK sales team with a dual focus: nurturing and expanding key existing accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. A core part of your role will be building a robust sales pipeline and driving entry into a new target market—specifically within the growing Hotels & Spas sector. The company operates across three distinct brands, with a diverse sales approach that includes e-commerce, B2B partnerships with garden centres, and garden building retailers. They are seeking a proactive, hunter-style Sales Specialist to help maximise sales potential across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development in target markets such as Hotels & Spas, garden design, and landscaping
* Manage and grow existing B2B accounts, including garden centres and retail partners
* Work towards agreed sales KPIs across all company brands
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and initiative
* Support the team with sales administration tasks
* Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider support team
* Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to the strategic sales direction by identifying new routes to market
