The Senior Hospitality Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the proactive sale of Wigan Warriors’ premium hospitality products, including matchday hospitality, seasonal packages, and bespoke event offerings. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with corporate clients, maximising account value, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the prestige and values of Wigan Warriors.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
•Drive sales of premium hospitality products, including executive boxes, lounges, and matchday dining packages.
•Lead on business development to secure new Hospitality accounts
•Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
•Represent Wigan Warriors at networking events, business expos, and matchdays.
•Conduct stadium tours and hospitality presentations for prospective clients.
•Work collaboratively with marketing and events teams to tailor packages and campaigns.
•Prepare sales forecasts, client proposals, and contract documentation.
•Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to training and development initiatives.

What are we looking for:
•Proven track record in hospitality or premium corporate sales—stadium or arena experience strongly preferred.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Existing regional business network beneficial.
•CRM experience and strong commercial awareness.
•Results-driven – Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
•Relationship-focused – Naturally builds long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Confident communicator – Professional, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers in both formal and social settings.
•Commercially astute – Understands revenue generation, pricing, upselling, and maximising account value.
•Customer-centric – Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that encourage repeat business and loyalty.
•Resilient and persistent – Remains focused and positive in a competitive, target-led environment.
