About the Role:
Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for your next big challenge? Our client, a reputable Main Contractor in the Liverpool area, is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee large-scale projects across the North West. This is your chance to take ownership of entire construction sites, manage multiple subcontractors, and deliver high-quality builds on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the construction site from start to finish
* Lead, motivate, and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and programme requirements
* Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress reporting
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Energetic, ambitious, and eager to take ownership
* SMSTS qualified (or equivalent)
* CSCS Gold/Black Card
