This is a broad, end-to-end role covering both early careers programmes and supporting on some experienced hiring, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and real ownership of delivery.
Key focus areas:
* Campus & early careers recruitment (events, assessment centres)
* Experienced hire delivery across multiple functions
* Stakeholder partnering & agency management
* Enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience
Ideal background:
* In-house or TA experience across early careers + lateral hiring
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Experience in fast-paced or regulated environments
