Customer Services Manager
(Total Compensation including bonus, commission & benefits: Up to £40,000)
This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of your centre’s performance. We’ll give you the autonomy and resources to manage your centre as though it’s your own business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all on-site activities and operations.
2. Addressing challenges and solving problems proactively.
3. Giving tours to prospective customers.
4. Upselling to existing customers.
5. Ensuring excellent customer service so that each customer becomes a brand ambassador for you, your team, and IWG.
