Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position with travel to our Leatherhead office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a highly customised Siebel CRM solution within a secure Defence environment. You will take ownership of technical deliverables, applying your expertise to design, configure, and optimise system components while ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will help shape solutions that deliver real operational value and continuous improvement.

•Develop & Configure Siebel solutions using Siebel Tools and best practices
•Design & Implement eScript, workflows, and technical components
•Integrate & Optimise systems using EAI, EIM, and cloud-based services
•Collaborate & Deliver alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders
•Analyse & Resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance
•Enhance & Maintain existing Siebel implementations for continuous improvement
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong hands-on experience in Siebel development, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution design. You will be comfortable working in secure, structured environments and able to contribute effectively within a collaborative team while taking ownership of your work.
•Strong experience in Siebel Tools configuration
•Proven expertise in Siebel eScript and workflow development
•Experience with Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and EIM
•Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL
•Experience working with Oracle Cloud environments
•Demonstrable experience in Siebel CRM development ( or later preferred)
•Experience integrating Siebel with cloud infrastructure
