About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join a busy construction project based in Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for someone fit, dependable, and ready to support the site team in keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Labourer on site, your daily duties will include:

• Assisting site management, site trades, and subcontractors with various manual tasks.
• Moving, lifting, and safely loading/unloading building materials and equipment around the site.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment by sweeping up and clearing debris.
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines on site are strictly followed.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, and steel toe cap boots.
• Right to Work in the UK: Valid documentation must be provided before starting.
• References: Must be able to provide two checkable work/finishing references from recent construction projects.
• A strong work ethic, punctual timekeeping, and a cooperative attitude.
