Our client is growing and is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Manager to help shape and strengthen their governance and quality framework across multiple services. This role will form part of the Governance Board and add capacity to the existing Senior Management Team.

The Role
You'll lead on clinical quality, governance, and risk management, working closely with senior leaders, clinical teams, and external stakeholders to:
* Strengthen and embed clinical governance frameworks
* Drive quality improvement and audit programmes
* Oversee incident management, compliance, and reporting
* Champion a culture of learning, safety, and excellence
* Ensure that policy is effectively implemented into practice across services
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from:
* Clinicians with experience in governance and quality
* Non-clinical professionals with strong experience in quality, compliance, or healthcare governance
You'll bring:
* Experience in quality improvement, audits, or risk management
* Strong understanding of CQC and NHS frameworks
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach
What Would Make You Stand Out
* Experience in primary care, PCNs, or community services
* Knowledge of PSIRF, KPI reporting, or governance dashboards
* Passion for continuous improvement and patient-centred care
Location Requirement
Candidates should be based within a commutable distance to Buckinghamshire/Berkshire due to the field-based element of the role and must be a car driver/owner.
Contract Details
1-year fixed term (with progression review at 9 months)
Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday)
