Job Title: Technical Sales Advisor – Waterproofing Systems
Location: Tonbridge
Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems
- The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
- The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams
- Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Carry out product training and answer questions for both colleagues and customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors
Qualifications
- Must have Sales experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing or a closely related product or system
- Would be greatly beneficial to have knowledge specifically with Waterproofing Systems
- Advantageous to have a technical mind‑set with the ability to understand product specifications
- Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stable career history
