We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reward Manager to join our client’s team and oversee their pay review process. This crucial role will ensure that their compensation strategies align with business objectives and market trends, enhancing employee satisfaction and supporting the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. This is a Fixed-Term Contract until at least April 2026 with a minimum 1 day per month in the office, with flexible working options available.
