Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000 realistically – top performers earn £60,000+

What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
* Arranging and conducting test drives
* Building relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
* Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
