My client a consulting firm specialising in delivering strategic change and transformation are looking to hire a Recruiter on 6 months ftc, because of rapid growth.
The role of the recruiter will include sourcing qualified resource aligned to project requirements, coordinating the hiring process, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.. Responsibilities
* Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate the hiring strategy
* Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
* Liaise and manage with the PSL ensuring they are briefed on role requirements, timelines and skills required in a timely manner
* Select and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods
* Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
* Liaise with Finance team on offers and ensure appropriate sign off is agreed
* Manage the Offer and contract process with the Finance team
* Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
* Assist with onboarding new hires
Requirements
* Proven success as a recruiter ideally with experience gained in a management consultancy
* Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
* Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
* Proven experience of managing multiple hiring requirements concurrently.
* Experience of hiring resource within short timescales
