As a Cluster Sales Manager, you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. You’ll be negotiating contracts and closing agreements, and delivering excellence to all of our customers and clients as part of a vibrant team.To help you and your team succeed, you will complete and execute the sales plan, ensuring it is in line with the strategy and the hotel business needs.

You’ll be covering Sales across different hotes and getting yourself out there in the cities to develop an in-depth understanding of the local hotel markets to increase revenue and maximise profit.

You can base yourself from either our properties in and you will have the opportunity to work from home once a week.

If you’re our ideal Cluster Sales Manager, you will:

10. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
11. Support the conversion of key businesses such as Groups and M&E enquiries
12. Manage a portfolio of not only local accounts but national ones too – we want to be the go-to brand in the market!
13. Conduct market research campaigns – we’re always on the lookout for opportunities
14. Use appropriate business tools and CRM system to better forecast annual budgets and track key account metrics
15. Have previous hotel Sales experience and a genuine passion for the Hospitality industry
