Executive Search Recruiter - Technology – Global client base
Location: Hybrid 2 days in office
Salary: Up to £50k basic, OTE £87k+

Note: Role suited for someone who is self-managed and can network at C level
Role and responsibilities
Day to day: Relationships are existing. Most work is gained via networks and referrals, but development of networks is expected. Must have exceptional candidate delivery.
Job Description: Our client is a true niche search agency focusing on international relations. They work with some of the world’s biggest names in Manufacturing, Industrials, Pharma and Retail. You’ll be working closely with one of the top billing Directors to help increase their brand within the US, EU and Asia. All work is retained and you\'ll be supported by a full-time researcher. You will receive incoming roles from the existing client base, but there is scope to develop further, and you should have this desire to build and take opportunities when presented with them. The average fee is £22-£26k, and candidates will be based across the globe. The hours are 8.30am – 6pm, with mature flexibility. You will manage your own diary. This role could be suited to a strong permanent recruitment from outside Executive Search. Training and transition in search is available for the right person.
Requirements
* 5 years + of recruiting experience
* Ability to travel internationally
* Able to work from home without micro-management
* Can research and interpret data and market knowledge
* Comes from Professional Services or similar sector and has exposure to working exclusive, mid-senior roles at pace.
