Location: Bradford (Hybrid working available)
Rate: £20-£23 per hour (inside IR35)
Contract: 3-month initial
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a large, complex public sector organisation as an HR & Business Operations Officer. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policy, and best practice.
The postholder will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing operational support on a range of people-related matters including attendance, capability, performance, employee relations, recruitment, and workforce change.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional HR advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
2. Ensure all advice and guidance aligns with employment law, local policy, and national frameworks.
3. Support the development and delivery of HR and OD strategies, policies, and procedures.
