An exciting opportunity has arisen within this global manufacturing company based close to Fleet in Hampshire for a Quality Manager to look after its Quality function and develop its improvement area. THE ROLE As the Quality Manager you will lead the Quality & Continuous Improvement function in ensuring that all raw materials, products and services conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality expectations and comply with all levels of relevant standards, regulations, licenses, and certifications. You will be responsible for implementing and upkeeping all of the companies Quality Systems including ISO9001. You will also look after a small team of quality engineers and technicians. THE PERSON To succeed in the role of Quality Manager you will need to be commutable to the site so ideally you will live in the Fleet, Farnborough, Guildford, Woking, Camberley, Basingstoke, Reading and surrounding areas. You will need experience of working as a Quality Manager from within an engineering or manufacturing environment and have a strong grasp of machinery build etc, as well as implementing systems, continuous improvement and leading a small team.
