A leading law firm renowned for delivering exceptional legal services within the real estate and private wealth sectors are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month basis.
This all encompassing HR Manager role plays a significant part in fostering a collaborative environment, providing commercial HR advice and support to partners and managers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of all HR services.
The role demands a proactive individual who can effectively develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems, as well as lead projects that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. The HR Manager will also be responsible for producing insightful quarterly statistics, managing the annual salary review process, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data.

Requirements:
* CIPD qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience operating at Manager Level
* Must have prior experience working in a law firm
* Exceptional relationship management skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence and maintain confidentiality
* A keen eye for detail and a resilient, focused outlook will be advantageous in this role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, with knowledge of Cascade, ADP, and Objective Manager being desirable.
