We have a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our dedicated HR team.
Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen at ForFarmers for a HR Administrator to join our team in Shepshed, Loughborough on a hybrid basis. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR function by managing HR processes and administration. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, correspondence, and documentation in compliance with legal standards and best practices.
Duties of the Job
* Creating and distributing paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
* Preparing offer letters and employment terms using Docusign
* Completing and logging recruitment compliance checks (e.g., right to work)
* Liaising with Line Managers on hire progress
* Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee files
* Tracking employee processes and passing information to payroll
* Handling employee queries and providing HR administrative support
* Supporting HR projects to improve employee experience
* Processing maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave requests
* Inputting and processing admin on HRIS Workday
Skills Required
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Commitment to data privacy and HR compliance
* Experience with Workday is desirable
