What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally with exposure to residential (private and social housing), commercial, or industrial projects. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS) Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
