Looking for a well established Site Manager to join a leading maintenance contractor based in Welwyn on a permanent basis.
* You will lead the day to day works and activity on the project, managing both DLO and Subcontractors.
* Ensuring operational service delivery and productivity while championing health and safety at all times.
* Works carried out will include, EWI, Roofing, internal and external refurbishments works
This role would be ideal for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Social Housing/ Planned Maintenance contracts on time and within budget.

What you will need:
* Proven experience within Site Management, ideally Trade/ Maintenance background
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
* NVQ Level 4 (or above) in Construction Site Supervision or above.
* Knowledge of IT Applications ranging from Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project
* A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
