Interim Senior Reward Manager
Fully Remote | 6 months initially | £500+ per day | Outside IR35
I am working with a global client that is going through a period of transformation and is looking for an experienced Interim Senior Reward Manager to join them. This is a key role with both strategic and hands-on elements, so we need someone who can get up to speed quickly, work independently, and make an impact from day one.
You will be partnering with senior HR and business leaders to shape and deliver reward initiatives across a complex, global environment. The role covers core reward cycles as well as contributing to wider change projects.
Key responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert reward advice and guidance
* Lead on the design and delivery of global compensation and benefits strategies
* Manage annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and incentive plans
* Conduct job evaluation, benchmarking, and market analysis
* Support transformation programmes with reward expertise
* Ensure reward policies are consistent, compliant and well-communicated across regions
* Deliver training and guidance to HR and business leaders on reward matters
What we are looking for
* Extensive reward experience in global, matrix organisations
* Proven ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders
* Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
* Experience supporting organisations through change and transformation
* Self-starter who can integrate quickly and work with minimal direction
Nice to have

* Familiarity with benchmarking data and tools
* Exposure to compensation planning and bonus design
* Experience delivering training and supporting change programmes
