Job Title: Labourer
Location: Ipswich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-4 months
Hours: 10-hour days, working on an 11-day rotation
Overview:
LRL are currently recruiting experienced Labourers for a long-term project based in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy site on a well-organised project, with consistent hours and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and unpacking boxes of materials
Assisting with general site duties as required
Supporting skilled tradespeople with manual handling and site preparation
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Following site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Previous labouring experience on construction sites
Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work long days
Rate of Pay:
Rates are based on travel distance to site (within or outside 50 miles).
Inside 50 miles:
Basic: £18 per hour
Overtime A: £20 per hour
Overtime B: £22 per hour
Outside 50 miles:
Basic: £22 per hour
Overtime A: £24 per hour
Overtime B: £26 per hour
