What we’re looking for:
* A recent graduate (any subject) with plenty of energy and drive
* Great communication skills and a natural people-person
* Someone motivated by targets, rewards, and recognition
* A curious, ambitious personality with a can-do attitude
* A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on building their own success
What you’ll be doing:
* Speaking to candidates – interviewing, qualifying and matching them to roles
* Writing engaging job adverts and headhunting top talent through LinkedIn and other platforms
* Building strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and offering solutions
* Managing the full recruitment process – from CV submission and arranging interviews to offer negotiation and placement
* Growing your own client and candidate network to become a go-to specialist in your sector
* Working towards targets and KPIs that help drive both your earnings and your career progression
