Job Opportunity: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Site Manager to lead an Industrial/Office Fit-Out project in Badbury. The successful candidate will have solid experience delivering complex fit-out projects and managing multiple trades, with a strong focus on technical coordination and health and safety.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality delivery
* Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
* Oversee the installation of:
* Mezzanine floors
* Partitions, ceilings, and flooring
* Mechanical ventilation systems
* Mechanical plant
* New toilet and kitchen facilities
* Review drawings and technical details, flagging and resolving any design clashes
* Liaise with designers, engineers, and the wider project team to ensure all works align with the design intent
* Supervise M&E installations, ensuring correct sequencing, compliance, and quality
* Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
* Carry out site inspections, reporting, and proactive problem solving
Site Manager Required Experience & Qualifications
* Proven Site Manager experience on industrial or office fit-out projects
* Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings and specifications
* Ability to identify design issues and coordinate solutions
* Experience supervising and coordinating M&E works
* SMSTS – Essential
* First Aid at Work – Essential
* Temporary Works – Ideal, but not essential
* Scaffold Awareness – Ideal, but not essential
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A proactive, health and safety driven approach
* Ability to start immediately
