Salary: £30,000 (pro rata, 30 hours per week)
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (MondayFriday, with some flexibility)
Licence Required: Full UK Driving Licence

The Role:
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff as the first point of contact
* Work closely with the HR leadership team to deliver effective HR operations
* Handle employee relations queries with professionalism and confidentiality
* Travel to other local sites when required (company vehicle provided)
