You will be responsible for:
•Providing high-end administrative support with meticulous attention to detail.
•Coordinating team activities and liaising effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
•Delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely updates on orders, managing stock holdings, lead times, and processes.
•Overseeing the artwork management process, including checking its suitability for purpose and managing project timeframes.
•Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and Commercial Manager to meet customer needs and provide support to the department as required.
•Bridging the gap between supply chain and customer interaction to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
