What You Will Do
* Own the sales order process from quotation to delivery: you’ll be the glue holding sales, planning and production together.
* Keep ERP and CRM systems accurate so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork.
* Be the first point of contact for customers: handling queries, complaints and last-minute changes with speed and professionalism.
* Support Sales Managers: organising meetings, pulling together presentations, and ensuring prospects get what they need.
* Work closely with technical and planning teams to keep customer orders moving.
* Spot and fix bottlenecks that slow everything down.
What You Will Bring
* 2+ years experience in sales support, customer service or a similar role.
* Solid computer skills: MS Office and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
* Strong communicator, whether it’s written, spoken, technical or non-technical.
* Organised, detail-driven and calm when things get hectic.
* A resilient mindset: you don’t fold under pressure, you keep pushing.
