Site Manager – Live Environment Project
Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long-term
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new long-term project based in High Wycombe, with an immediate start available.
This role would suit a Site Manager with a strong background working in live environments exposed to the public, where safety, organisation, and communication are critical.
Role & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
*
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
*
Managing health & safety in live, public-facing environments
*
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and end users
*
Overseeing quality control, inspections, and snagging
*
Managing site logistics, access, and segregation of works
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager
*
Strong experience working in live environments open to the public
*
Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and activities
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
Beneficial Experience:
*
Education sector projects (schools, colleges, universities)
*
Healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, care facilities)
*
Strong background in internal fit-out works, including:
*
Refurbishments
*
Phased handovers
*
Working around occupied buildings
Certifications:
*
SMSTS (essential)
*
CSCS Card (Manager level preferred)
*
First Aid at Work
