Responsibilities
* Make 100+ cold calls a day to generate opportunities and drive progression and commission.
* Follow tried and tested processes to deliver a winning formula and maximise outcomes.
* Build your own desk across the UK, win key clients for life, and pursue accelerated career progression to senior roles.
* Contribute to the company’s growth as we expand UK and international offices.
Requirements / Qualifications
* No prior experience needed; hunger and determination to succeed.
* Career-driven, competitive mindset with willingness to work hard.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to learn quickly.
* Interest in Engineering, IT, Tech or Finance recruitment (desirable).
