My client is looking to recruit a site manager to work on the internal aspects for a 3 month contract to work on a one off bespoke housing project in Southampton.
Candidates must have worked for a residential contractor and working on internals in the past.
Responsibilities
* Oversee internal works on a bespoke housing project on a 3 month contract in Southampton.
* Display a hands-on approach and manage site activities on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Trades background with a solid work history as a site manager
* Locally based to Southampton
