This role willoffer the opportunity to develop your skills as a recruiter and bepart of the fundamental growth of the business. You will takeresponsibility for:
- Overseeing andmanaging recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertisingthrough to offer and on-boarding- Directlysourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such asLinkedIn Recruiter- Building and nurturingtalent pipelines in line with our growth demands, so that werecruit the right people at the right time for our youngpeople- Encouraging employee referrals,recruiting like-minded people who want to make a difference to ourchildren- Championing the WG candidateexperience, ensuring it reflects the way we look after our peopleas a great place to work- Engaging with ourAlumni talent community, supporting people back into roles withinour group- Ensure that recruiting managers areappropriately supported and that they attract, select and appointthe right candidates whilst being compliant with relevantprocedures and legislation (including Safer Recruitment) which arevital to the safeguarding of ourchildren- Promoting our employer brand andsocial mediapresence

- Have a passion for the educationand care of children and young people withSEN- At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter– as an in-house, agency recruiter orsimilar- Hands-on experience with attraction andsourcing techniques, although full training will beprovided- To be comfortable with data and talentsystems such as LinkedIn and applicant trackingsystems- A people person – someone who cares, isempathetic and can translate Witherslack Group's ambition toprovide aspirational futures through inspirational education andcare- Strong relationship building andnetworking skills- Tenacity and drive to seeknew business and meet or exceed targets- Theability to relate to a range of differentaudiences
