Site Manager (Available Immediately)
Somerville Fit‑Out is looking for a motivated Site Manager to join an expanding fit‑out team, carrying out a range of innovative and exciting projects.
About The Role
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to manage projects based in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the rest of the UK. You will coordinate multiple sub‑contractors, communicate with clients, and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the site and design teams. You must maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of health and safety matters, all current legislation, and good practice. The role demands a proactive approach and excellent project management skills throughout each contract, with a desire to grow with the company.
Essential
* Experience working in commercial fit‑out
* Willingness to work in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the rest of the UK if required
* Excellent eye for detail and ability to interpret drawings and specifications
* Efficient and well‑organised with strong site management experience
* Experience with programmes
* People management experience
* Scheduling and procurement of materials
* Communication with and coordination of sub‑contractors and clients
* Priorities on Health & Safety
* IT literate
* Full driving licence
Desirable
* First Aid Training
* Experience in high‑end joinery
* CSCS/CSR/SMSTS card
* Flexibility for overtime, nights and weekends
* Experience using PROCORE software is advantageous
