QED Legal is excited to be working with an international law firm seeking Employment Associates with 2 to 7 years PQE to join its highly regarded Employment & Reward Group. Positions are available in multiple UK offices, offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious employment lawyers looking to progress their careers within a dynamic and growing team.

The Role
The successful candidates will deliver strategic employment law advice, including:
* Complex employment tribunal claims
* Business restructures, redundancies, and cross-border employment matters
* Executive-level employment issues, including senior recruitment, termination, compensation, and restrictive covenants
* High Court litigation and team move disputes
* Employment law aspects of corporate transactions, such as M&A and outsourcing
This role involves working on high-profile projects with national and international clients, often with multi-jurisdictional considerations.
The Candidate
The ideal candidates will have:
* At least 2 years’ PQE in employment law, gained in a commercial law firm
* Strong technical and market knowledge in employment law, with experience in strategic advisory and complex disputes
* A commercially aware, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach
Experience in High Court litigation and corporate employment transactions is advantageous but not essential.
