Location: Hybrid – Bishop’s Stortford (2 days on-site)
Salary: £30k-£35k (DOE) + Bonus + Commission

Our client, a reputable digital marketing agency supporting SMEs across the UK, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on sales experience who enjoys consultative conversations and closing deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and converting warm enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns
* Running discovery calls, understanding client needs, and positioning the right services
* Preparing clear, tailored proposals and confidently presenting them to prospects
* Supporting new clients through onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team
* Building strong, positive relationships with SMEs across a variety of sectors
* Keeping CRM records up to date and communicating effectively with internal teams
Who They’re Looking For
* Someone with direct sales experience — phone-based or face-to-face
* Confident speaking with prospects and guiding conversations toward conversion
* Tenacious, proactive, and commercially minded
* Strong communicator with a consultative, friendly approach
* Agency or marketing experience is helpful but not essential
* A positive mindset and willingness to grow within the agency
