We’re now looking for a Head of People Services to lead and modernise our global people services. This is an opportunity to shape how People Services operates at Trustpilot — building robust processes, embedding strong governance, and enabling the business to scale with confidence. Sitting at the intersection of operations, technology, and compliance, this role is about turning people processes into measurable business impact. Leading a team across Copenhagen and London, the Head of People Services combines rigour with ambition, bringing order and accountability to complex, multi-entity operations while simultaneously driving meaningful transformation through technology, AI and automation. What you’ll be doing Leadership: Lead, develop and inspire a team of people operations and governance professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement. Build a service-oriented team culture that balances operational rigour with a genuinely human approach to the employee experience. Act as an effective bridge between the team and the business, translating strategic priorities into operational execution. People Operations: Own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle from preboarding through to offboarding — from contracts and addendums to terminations and decommissioning —, ensuring every touchpoint is efficient, accurate and compliant across all legal entities. Drive efficiency and quality across all lifecycle processes through robust documentation, team training, and clear standards for execution. Lead the team through the era of AI, proactively identifying opportunities to modernise manual or high-volume processes and bring the service into the future. Governance: Own the system of governance that enables the People function to operate with regulatory compliance and financial discipline, ensuring the right controls, processes and accountability structures are in place across the entire People team. Define and maintain the requirements for the People function’s risk register, material Plc controls and workplace health and safety, overseeing governance obligations. Serve as the function's lead for SOC2, ensuring controls are fit for purpose, properly evidenced and audited and consistently followed. People Systems & Technology: Own the strategy and roadmap for the People team's core technology stack (including the HRIS, ATS, LMS and other supporting tools), ensuring all systems are integrated, fit for purpose and evolving in line with the needs of the business. Serve as the overall owner of Trustpilot’s HRIS, with accountability for data integrity, configuration, and the ongoing management of system changes. Anticipate future needs and bring forward proposals for technology investment that will enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and the overall employee experience. Programme management of key People function initiatives (e.g. end-of-year processes) is also part of this role, ensuring cross-team efforts are coordinated, delivered on time and customer-first.
