The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team, who will be at the forefront of expanding Commune’s presence globally. This position is responsible for overseeing existing and new wholesale accounts.
The Role
* Manage and grow sales across existing department stores and independent retailers, while identifying and opening new accounts to expand Commune’s reach
* Deliver compelling presentations and secure orders, ensuring partners are engaged and informed about new collections
* Forecast sales and optimise orders to meet targetsMonitor sell-through and stock levels across retail partners
* Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently upheld across all accounts
* Train retail staff to become passionate Commune brand ambassadors, sharing product knowledge and brand heritage
* Report on market trends and competitor insights to inform strategic decision‑making
* Collaborate with Marketing to maximise partner activations
* Liaise with Warehouse and Credit Control teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service
* Propose improvements across sales, training, merchandising, and promotional processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Work closely with agents to support order processing and ensure smooth execution

We’d Love to Hear From People With
* Minimum 2 years’ wholesale experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, interior design, or hospitality
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Unleashed or similar inventory/order management systems (preferred)
* Familiarity with hospitality or wholesale accounts
* Strong understanding of market positioning, brand adjacencies, and industry trends
