An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive (Premium Hospitality) to join the Premium Sales team on a permanent basis. Job Title : Sales Executive (Premium Hospitality) Department : Premium Sales Reports to : Head of Premium Sales & Hospitality Salary Banding : £33,000 plus up to 25% bonus Job Level : Implement Location : Allianz Stadium, Twickenham Employment Type : Permanent Working Hours : 35 hours per week Application Information: Please submit an anonymised CV (i.e. please exclude personal details). The Role: This role will play a key role in the sale of Premium Hospitality on a single match basis (one off purchases) for matches taking places here at the Allianz Stadium. The Sales Executive will successfully deliver sales targets, relating to hospitality sales and display strong account management, ensuring customers experience a successful sales cycle. Some key responsibilities include: Adopting a consultative sales approach, proactively selling single match Premium Hospitality products at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham. To research and identify new market and account opportunities. Generating leads through research of key target markets and establishing strong relationships with potential new clients. Attending client meetings both on and off site Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the customer returns back to repeat purchase Ensuring CRM is updated correctly and accurately with all client and booking information. Maintaining an excellent level of knowledge regarding all areas of hospitality product offerings as well as industry and competitor developments. Having good administration & operational skills as it will be the responsibility of the sales executive to communicate effectively with their customers throughout the sales cycle Carrying out any other duties as reasonably requested by the Head of Premium Sales & Hospitality. Undertake such other duties as maybe required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the RFU. Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans. Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of our culture and core values – This Rose Means Everyone: Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: The skills and attributes outlined in this description are not exhaustive and we welcome candidates who can bring different relevant experiences to the role. Essential: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong sales skills and experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills Previous experience and or knowledge of CRM systems is preferred Willingness to work as part of a team Committed to actively contributing and building an inclusive culture in your role and day to day behaviours Committed to embodying the ethos our culture by using our three core values – Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other – to guide your day-to-day decisions, actions and interactions Desirable: Proven track record of selling high valued products Proven track record of proactively finding and closing new high value business to big brand name clients Experience of selling luxury branded products Proven track record of dealing with COO, CEO, Director level within companies and closing deals in a short timescale Additional Information: We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential.
