are looking for someone with HR knowledge and experience to join our dedicated and professional team. Knowledge and experience of HR are essential to this role.
We have a team of 16 staff and 15 volunteers and are a growing charity. The role will be working alongside the CEO and Accounts Manager providing the team with skills and support to deliver the excellent support they offer to families of children/young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Rate of pay: £14.15 per hour
* Location: Reading
* Hours: 5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per annum) although we are happy to discuss
* Pension: Auto‑enrolment workplace pension scheme (NEST)
* DBS check required
* References to be provided on request
* Other benefits – statutory holiday leave entitlement
The role is a permanent role subject to funding
