Randstad C and P are working with a well:renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Cook who has worked within the a fast paced environment
This is a temporary ongoing opportunity starting in ASAP and covering at least 8 weeks in Hamilton
* 15:00 :19:00
* Monday to Friday
Package includes:
* Competitive salary up to GBP14.32 per hour
* Training and support will be available on site
Duties:
* Catering for 9:10 young people with Learning Disabilities so would need to be able to cook for young people with dietary requirements
* Home cooked dinners and baking
* Catering service for residents : maintaining a professional image with all customers
* Work alongside the other staff and residents to plan meals and have the freedom to create dishes which are popular in demand
* Deliver weekly menus to a standard, which meets culinary, nutritional, budgetary, and dietary requirements
* High volume catering experience
* Previous experience with preparing and serving food
* Great attention to detail
Experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Food Hygiene or Catering Qualifications
* Previous experience as a chef/ cook
