Whether you're just starting your career or looking to try something new, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced and friendly Recruitment Team. \n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing: \n \nYou'll support our high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns by helping to find the right people to join our busy teams in time for peak trading. Key responsibilities include: \n\nPosting engaging job adverts to attract top seasonal talent.\nConducting telephone interviews to identify strong candidates.\nScheduling and coordinating interviews for Managers and supporting with large-scale assessment centres.\nResponsibility for job offer paperwork and administration including offer letters, contracts and new starter forms ready for Day 1.\nGathering and verifying Right to Work documentation in line with legislation.\nOrganising start dates and ensuring smooth onboarding for new starters.\nKeeping applicant records updated accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\n \nFixed-Term Contract | Until mid-December 2025\nStart Date: Immediate availability preferred\n \nWhat We’re Looking For: \n \nYou don’t need recruitment experience—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
