They currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team.</p><p><b>Salary:</b>£40,000 + sales commission plus company vehicle.</p><h3>Main Duties & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling.</li><li>Proactively identifying new sales opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for the input and accurate updating for the CRM in relation to Sales.</li><li>Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.</li><li>Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives.</li><li>Meeting Company Car Sales Targets.</li><li>Provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers, advising on and upselling on finance.</li><li>Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department.</li><li>To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.</li><li>Liaise with Finance Companies on behalf of Customers to assist in the sales process.</li><li>Responsible for all types of Social Media interaction. Ensuring all marketing materials are printed and published on each vehicle.</li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork in relation to customer sales/enquiries in a confidential manner always adhering to the GDPR guidelines.</li><li>Reporting any aftersales enquiries back to the Workshop Executive.</li></ul><h3>Person Specification</h3><ul><li>Previous retail experience gained within the Motor Industry essential.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen.</li><li>Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.</li><li>Knowledge of Finance systems and Portals is desirable.</li><li>Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Programmes.</li><li>Full valid UK driving license.</li></ul></div>
