The Role We develop industry-leading tools for high fidelity, real-time packet capture, deep traffic inspection and real time analytics. The platform is used by clients for monitoring, trade analytics and troubleshooting in low latency financial environments. As an Analytics Developer, you will build core components that interpret, transform, and model captured network data to enable actionable insights and downstream integration across our platform. What you will be doing Building analytics modules for parsing, filtering, and interpreting captured packet data. Designing reusable components using appropriate software patterns for C. Transforming protocol or traffic data into structured formats for reporting/visualization. Working with teams to define internal data formats and cross-module interfaces. Ensuring code quality and extensibility through disciplined testing and code reviews. Collaborating with other engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable analytics tooling. We’re looking for someone who has technical proficiency in: Solid knowledge of modular design and structured programming in C. Strong understanding of data structures (linked lists, trees, hash maps, etc.). Familiar with software architecture concepts and abstraction techniques. Understanding of algorithm design and computational complexity. Skilled at breaking down complex problems into reusable, testable components. Familiarity with libraries for serialization, data transformation, or logging pipelines. Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated build/test environments.
