What You’ll Lead
* Set and deliver the People strategy alongside senior leadership.
* Drive initiatives across wellbeing, mental health, talent development, and engagement.
* Lead firm‑wide People projects that strengthen culture and long‑term growth.
What You’ll Own
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle with a thoughtful, people‑first approach.
* Develop policies, manage People data, and lead internal comms.
* Manage payroll and benefits.
* Coach managers, support ER cases, and provide trusted pastoral care.
* Lead trainee solicitor recruitment and support wider hiring.
Culture & Development
* Build consistent onboarding and training across teams.
* Deliver Line Manager capability training.
* Support the mentorship programme and partnership track.
* Ensure employees have meaningful development opportunities.
What You Bring
* Strong HR generalist experience across strategy and operations.
* CIPD qualified.
* Confident partnering with senior leaders.
* Excellent communication skills and a people‑centric mindset.
* High integrity, sound judgement, and a trusted‑advisor approach.
