Your new role
1. Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
2. Coordinate and managemunications from partner organisations and stakeholders.
3. Capture and document discussions and actions from daily regional meetings.
4. Support the production and dissemination of daily reports.
5. Organise RCC activities including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
6. Contribute to financial management and resource efficiency.
7. Support the development of records management and information systems in line with policy and best practice.
8. Promote effective team working and contribute to a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
A university degree or recognised professional qualification (NQF Level 6 or above)
and
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative Band 4 (or equivalent) role within the health and social care system
OR
9. At least 4 years’ experience in an administrative Band 4 (or equivalent) role within the health and social care system
Experience must include:Diary managementReproducing data and updating systemsServicing high-level meetings (including minute taking)Working with a range of professional groups.
