STIBO STEP Developer
3-Month Contract (Hybrid, Dunstable)
We're looking for a hands-on STIBO STEP Developer to jump into a high-impact MDM environment and help drive the design, build, and delivery of STEP-powered data solutions.
What you'll be doing
* Designing and configuring STIBO STEP MDM components: data models, hierarchies, workflows, rules, UI, dashboards, and DQ controls.
* Building match-merge and golden record logic.
* Working with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust STEP solutions.
* Developing API-driven integrations and workflow automation.
* Embedding strong data governance and data quality practices.
* Supporting UAT, deployment, and cross-functional project delivery.
What you'll bring
* Proven, practical experience with STIBO STEP MDM.
* Strong grounding in MDM, data modelling, data integration, workflow design, and UI configuration.
* Proficiency with STEP CWB, STEP APIs, XML, and JSON.
* A structured, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to hit the ground running.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of PIM processes.
* STIBO STEP or related MDM certifications.
